Lincoln Record Society is very keen to recruit new members, including those in the earlier stages of their careers. To that end, and to provide a link into our website from a major source of communication amongst the rising generation of historians, the Society now has a facebook group! It will not be possible for some considerable time to institute a discussion forum on the Society’s main website, but topics of interest are already being discussed via its new facebook page. If you are already on facebook, just type Lincoln Record Society into the friend-finder, and it should appear as a group for you to join. If you are not on facebook, you’ll need to join by going to www.facebook.com. The LRS recommends that users do not disclose any personal information on facebook which may enable identity theft or fraud.
